Process name alone does not prove a file is safe
Malware can sometimes use familiar-looking names. Check the process file location, digital signature and behavior. Conversely, do not delete legitimate Windows files simply because they use CPU or memory.
High resource usage?
If a legitimate process is using unusually high CPU, memory or disk, troubleshoot the related Windows component or service rather than deleting the executable.
