Browser-based tools and problem descriptions
The current browser tools use information you type or values your browser makes available to produce troubleshooting guidance. They are not designed to silently read local files or take remote control of your computer.
Website and security logs
Our hosting and security systems may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser/user-agent, requested URL, timestamp, referring page, error details and abuse/security events. This information may be used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Support communications
If you contact us by email or live chat, we may process the information you choose to provide so we can respond, troubleshoot the request, prevent abuse and maintain appropriate service records.
Sensitive information
Do not enter passwords, one-time authentication codes, BitLocker recovery keys, payment-card numbers or other secrets into public troubleshooting fields or ordinary email.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website may use essential technologies needed for operation. If analytics, advertising or other third-party services are enabled, disclosures and consent controls should accurately reflect the services actually in use. We do not claim here that a service is active when it has not been configured.
Third-party websites
Links may lead to Helix One PC services, Microsoft, device manufacturers or other external sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
